Latex Remover: Strips off any latex commands to do a spell checking

This is a small tool for all windows users who use Latex. To do a spell checking I wanted to use an external spell checker (like Open Office or Word). To get the text-only source of my document I wrote this little helper. Requires .NET Runtimes 2.0. And of course: No warranties!
